Inspect Your Home was founded by Shane Sharpin after he noticed many companies over-charging and under-delivering when it comes to building inspections. 

Shane, a fully qualified builder has 40 years experience as a professional builder and has built over 2,000 homes. So it’s safe to say that we have vast experience in residential and commercial construction and a great understanding all the facets of the building process. This means helping to achieve great results for you, that stand the test of time. 

Having hands-on experience allows Shane to assess your property for problems so that you know what you’re getting. And also allowing you to work out how much your property is really worth. 

We don’t want you to end up paying more than you need to simply because you don’t have the facts to negotiate a better deal.
