Inspect Your Home will contact your real estate agent to discuss an appropriate time and date to fit in with your contract requirements. You will then receive an email with a written quotation, a building inspection agreement and any other agreements for additional services requested. This email will detail the time and date of the inspection.

We will usually be able to perform an inspection within 3 days of the request.

Depending on the size and condition of the home, an inspection may take up to 4 hours.

We recommend our clients attend the full inspection and participate in the inspection process. Our inspectors will walk through the building and discuss each issue or observation, answering any questions at the time of the inspection.

The inspection report is usually drafted and emailed the same evening of the inspection. However, on some occasions it may be delivered the following day.
